Draft policy — pending Chamber/legal review. Last updated June 16, 2026.

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the Taste of Timnath campaign, a Timnath Chamber initiative benefiting Food Bank for Larimer County, handles personal information.

What we collect

  • Name and email address when you buy a Taste passport.
  • Your IP address, used only for fraud prevention and rate limiting.
  • The email address and message you send if you contact us for support.

Payments and card data

Passport payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives and handles your card details directly. This site never sees or stores your full card number.

Email

We use an email service provider to send passport receipts and program communications related to your participation. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for advertising.

Passport launch notification list

If you choose to join the Taste of Timnath passport launch list, we store your email address, the campaign you joined, the page you submitted from, optional referrer and campaign tracking parameters, a hashed record of your IP address and browser user agent (used only for abuse prevention), and the exact consent text shown to you when you submitted.

We will send you one email when passports go on sale. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also contact the Timnath Chamber to be removed at any time. We do not share this list with third parties.

No ad tracking, no sale of data

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep purchase and contact records for as long as needed to operate the current campaign and to meet our accounting and tax obligations, then dispose of them in the ordinary course of business.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting the Timnath Chamber. We will respond within [response window].

Children

Taste of Timnath is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the program evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
