Terms of Use
By purchasing or using a Taste of Timnath passport you agree to these terms. The campaign is organized by the Timnath Chamber and benefits Food Bank for Larimer County.
Eligibility
You may purchase a $25 Taste passport on behalf of yourself or as a gift. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
Passport use
- The passport is non-transferable once activated.
- Each passport may be used for one check-in per participating location during the campaign window.
- Resale of passports is not permitted.
Participating restaurants and offers
Participating restaurants set the details of their own offers and may modify, pause, or withdraw an offer at any time. Availability, hours, and menu items are at each restaurant's discretion.
Anti-fraud
We may decline, suspend, or revoke any passport that we believe in good faith has been obtained or used through fraud, resale, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Program changes
The Chamber may modify, pause, or end the program if circumstances require it. See our Refund Policy for what happens to passport payments if the campaign is cancelled.
Charitable donation
50% of net proceeds from Taste of Timnath passport purchases will be donated to the Food Bank for Larimer County.
For this campaign, "net proceeds" means passport revenue received by the Timnath Chamber after refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing fees.
Refunded purchases and chargebacks are excluded from the donation calculation. Complimentary, promotional, or no-cost passports do not generate passport revenue and are not included in the net proceeds donation calculation.
Participating restaurants provide the passport offers. The Food Bank donation is funded from Taste of Timnath passport purchases.
The Timnath Chamber expects to remit the donation after the campaign closes and final refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing fees are reconciled. After the campaign concludes, the Timnath Chamber will publish the final donation total.
An estimated donation per paid passport will be published before passport sales open once payment processing assumptions are finalized.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent [as permitted by Colorado law], the Timnath Chamber, Food Bank for Larimer County, Timnath Neighbors Magazine, and participating restaurants are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the passport or this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Colorado], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
