Refund Policy

If you have not redeemed any offer, you may request a full refund of an unused passport at any time through October 31, 2026. Once any offer has been redeemed, there is no routine refund.

Material impairment of the participating portfolio, a system failure, or another Chamber-caused issue may qualify for an owner-approved exception even after a redemption.

Refunding an unused passport revokes its entitlement and returns that spot to available passport capacity. A passport that has already consumed a redemption remains counted against capacity even if an exceptional refund or chargeback occurs later.

If you accidentally purchase more than one passport for the same person, contact the Chamber and we will refund the duplicate purchase on request.

If the Chamber cancels the campaign before it begins, all passport purchases will be refunded in full.

If a participating restaurant withdraws or materially reduces its offer, we pause new passport sales, recalculate and correct the public representation of the campaign, and notify purchasers whose purchase record included the affected offer.

If you have made zero redemptions at that point, you may request a full refund. If you have already redeemed an offer, the remedy is reviewed case by case by the Chamber.

Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method. Stripe payment processing fees may not be returned by the processor when a refund is issued.
