Refund Policy

This policy describes refunds for $25 Taste of Timnath passport purchases.

General rule

Passports are generally non-refundable once they have been activated, because activation enables the passport to be used at participating restaurants.

Pre-activation refund window

If you have not yet activated your passport, you may request a refund within [7 days, before Oct 1] of purchase.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase more than one passport for the same person, contact the Chamber and we will refund the duplicate purchase on request.

Campaign cancellation

If the Chamber cancels the campaign before it begins, all passport purchases will be refunded in full.

Restaurant changes

Individual restaurants may modify, pause, or withdraw their offers during the campaign. Changes to one or more participating restaurants do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Payment processor fees

Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method. Stripe payment processing fees may not be returned by the processor when a refund is issued.

Refunds, chargebacks, and the donation calculation

Refunded purchases and chargebacks are excluded from the Food Bank for Larimer County donation calculation. See the Charitable donation section of our Terms of Use for the full net-proceeds definition.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact the Timnath Chamber with your purchase confirmation and the email used at checkout.
